Entry information
The online entry form asks for your name, date of birth, phone, address, emergency contact and signature. When online signing is available, these details and the agreement you sign are kept as a customer-entry record.
Vehicle sale requests
When online vehicle requests are open, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, vehicle details, vehicle city and ZIP code, and your title and contact acknowledgments. Authorized staff use this information to review your vehicle and contact you about that request. Requests are securely sent to Zapier to support our vehicle-request workflow. Your contact and vehicle details are shared with that service so our team can follow up. Contact permission is for your vehicle request, not advertising.
We do not ask for a title image, identification document or street address in the initial form. Call us about access to a request or our retention policy.
Admission payments
Online admission payments are handled by Stripe, with Link available. The website records the payment status and provider reference. It does not store card numbers or security codes.

This website uses essential cookies to maintain your session, protect forms and show your entry status. No advertising or analytics tracking has been added to this site.
Inventory search
Our inventory search is provided by YardWave. When you open the inventory page or search, your browser connects to yardwaveapp.com to load the search tool and send your selected vehicle or part filters. YardWave also receives the technical information needed to respond to those requests, including your IP address.
